Where can I find a downloadable Driver for this KZA-5370A for a Windows Vista operating system? The packaging claims it works on XP/Vista/7.

Google "Mediatek RT5370", this should work for everything windows xp and after

Does it work with Windows 10?

Yes. But it is NOT compatible with Windows 7. Go figure.

Does this come with driver software?

If you set your computer to always check for Windows Updates, it should find a driver. I'm running Windows 7 Pro, and it took just a few minutes. The device shows up as FRITZ!WLAN USB Stick AC 860, and I had to try two different USB ports before finding one that works.

will this work with x box 360 mine is not wireless I want to make it wireless will this do the job?

no it will not work on it the driver won't be able to install
