What is the arbor size?
The Grinding wheel arbor size is 7/8" and it's comes with extra 5/8" washer .
Can use this cup wheel on wood?
This disc is made for grinding all types of stone materials, we don't suggest you to grind wood with this wheel.
Can I grind metal?
This disc is made for grinding all types of stone materials, we don't suggest you to grind steel.
Should this be used flat against the concrete surface,or at an angle?
Can be used in two positions, depending on the work you need to do.
Do I need any supportive tools?
When you grind the stone surface dust will get out, we suggest you to ware your safety goggles and dust mask, you may also attach dust shroud with vacuum on your angle grinder to reduse the dust.
For your Safety
How to Use:
- Follow carefully the instructions given in the machine handbook.
- Never fit a diamond dish/cup wheel that is too loose or tight on the flange.
- Tighten only with the tool supplied with the machine.
- Ensure the wheel is properly gripped to prevent slippage, but do not tighten with excessive force.
We recommend the use of the following personal protective equipment:
- Eye protection, Ear protection (ear sets), Hand protection (gloves), and Lung protection (dust mask, also called respirator).
Important note:
- Never remove the protective machine guard, and ensure it is properly adjusted to deflect debris away from you. Ensure that no other person is at risk while working, especially near the machine.
