How to Operate This Mini Prep Food Processor
Step 1
Plug motor base into wall socket. Voltage 120V, 60Hz, US plug.
Step 2
Place the work bowl over the center stem and turn slightly to the right, until bowl drops down to the bottom of the stem.Turn the work bowl clockwise to lock onto base.
Step 3
Carefully pick up the blade by its hub and place on the center stem until it drops to the bottom of the stem. NEVER TOUCH THE BLADE ITSELF.
Step 4
Add food ingredients, size NO BIGGERthan 0.78 inch (2cm).Then, place the lid on the bowl,turn it clockwise to securely lock into locking post.You are ready to CHOP/PUREE for pulse function.
Function of "CHOP" and "PUREE”
“CHOP” button- Low-speed pulse chopping function. Mainly to cut all kinds of vegetables and food into small particles. The maximum amount should be no more than 200g(7oz).
“PUREE” button- High-speed pulse chopping function.Mainly to cut all kinds of vegetables and meat into puree, the maximum quantity should be no more than 150g(5.3oz).
NOTE:DO NOT operate this mini food chopper continuously for more than 1 minute.
