Can more than one user log into the KVM and view the screen remotely at the same time?

I was able to do this from the same machine using 2 different users and 2 different browsers (Chrome and Firefox). I have not verified this from 2 separate machines, but it should work, in theory.

No, just plug it into the ports and it will work. One important point to note with this is that you need both the USB and keyboard plug plugged in to work. The unit has an optional power plug that you can use to power the box when the computer is off, but they do not tell you that without this remote power, you need both keyboard AND USB plugged in for it to function.

One way around this if you only have USB ports on your machine is to get a USB/Keyboard adapter plug and plug it into the keyboard cable. Or buy the USB-only unit.
