How to prevent water leakage?
When using the humidifier, it is strongly recommended that DO NOT add water from the mist tube and DO NOT add water above the MAX line to avoid water leakage.
How to prevent humidifier from not working / stopping working?
Please make sure there is water in the water tank before use, otherwise the red light will flash due to lack of water. When cleaning the base, please avoid splashing water into the air outlet to avoid internal short circuit
How to turn on Auto-Mode?
The H7140 humidifier itself has no internal sensor. Pairing with recommended thermo-hygrometer on the listing to active auto-mode.
What to do if the humidifier puts a little mist?
We recommend cleaning the humidifier and placing it on a flat, level surface.
