Soak Filter Before First Use
Fully soak the filter in water before turning on the humidifier.
For best mist performance, make sure the filter is fully soaked in water before use.
Make sure the whole filter is saturated from top to bottom, not just the lower part shown in the image. If the filter is not soaked enough, mist may not appear immediately.
Beeping Sound or No Mist?
Check the Filter Connection
After soaking the filter, make sure it is firmly connected to the spring and properly inserted into the unit.
If you hear a beeping sound or mist does not appear, please check the filter connection first.
Do I need to soak the filter before using the humidifier?
Before first use, fully soak the entire cotton filter in water. Make sure it is completely wet from end to end and firmly touching the mist outlet inside the unit. A dry or partially soaked filter may delay mist production.
How long does the battery last on a single charge?
The HubiCare Mini Humidifier features a built-in 1800mAh battery. In continuous mode, it runs up to 4 hours. In intermittent mode, it can last up to 8 hours. Recharge anytime using the included USB-C cable.
Why is the humidifier not misting right away? / Why does the humidifier only beep without producing mist?
Please check that the spring is inserted properly at the bottom of the humidifier body before adding the filter. If the spring is not installed correctly, or if the filter is not fully soaked, the unit may beep but fail to produce mist.
What kind of water should I use? / Can I use tap water?
For best results, we recommend using clean water. Distilled or purified water may help reduce mineral buildup, especially in hard water areas. To help protect the device, please avoid using water that is too cold or too hot.
Can I buy extra replacement filters separately?
Yes. The package includes one long filter and one short filter. Additional replacement filters are also available separately in a filter set with 3 long filters and 3 short filters.
