Simple Operation
1. Open the lid
- Rotate to the right first, then lift to remove the lid.
2. Insert the filter
- Soaking the entire cotton filter with water first.
- Put the cotton filter into the plastic tube and connect to the lid.
3. Filling the water tank
- Fill the water tank with water only up to the MAX line.
- Turn the lid to the left to assemble it.
4. Turn on the product
- Start the operation by clicking the button twice on the lid.
The power does not turn on when using the product for the first time.
Please charge it fully until the green light comes on. The product is designed to work by double-clicking to prevent children from playing with it or accidentally pressing it. Click the button twice to turn on the humidifier.
Do I use essential oils or fragrances?
Please do not use essential oils or fragrances. Please use tap water only. However, if the tap water has a high scale, using distilled water is also acceptable.
When should I replace the cotton filter?
We advise our customer to replace the cotton filter after 3 months use (depending on usage and water quality). Please keep the replacement frequency regularly to make the spray clearer. If you need a replacement filter, find it on our brand page.
Why does the humidifier cotton filter have to be immersed in water for a minute before using it for the first time?
When the filter is wet, the water is sprayed faster and more evenly when the humidifier is turned on.
When is the auto shut-off function activated?
In single mist mode, it stops automatically after 7 hours, and in dual spray mode, it stops after 3 hours. This is timed to match the water replenishment point.
