What country makes masks?

These are made in the Hunan province of China according to the box. You should note that the overwhelming majority of all PPE used in the world is made in China and their is no material risk to using Chinese PPE in a health care setting, let alone at home.

Is the nose clip plastics or medal?It said plastics in the box from the picture but said Iron Core 3.0 in the overview.Which one should be correct?

Good Question.  The outer layer material is PE (polyethylene, a type of thermoplastics), and the inner core material is iron wire (i.e. iron core 3.0).  The 3.0 should mean 3.0 mm, and likely to be the (overall) width of an assembled nose piece (I measured).  Dimensions of the iron wire are not known.
