Can I use a HDMI cable to hook this monitor up to my computer?

No, this monitor does not have an HDMI hookup. It comes with the type of cable needed to connect it to your computer.

Does this monitor have a built in speaker?

No speakers.  If the unit did, I'm sure the specs would say so.  These are nice cheap monitors that were on sale recently.  We are now buying a cheaper competitor product (as price is all that customers seem to care about on displays)

Does this montior come with the required cable to power it on? Also is the cable that comes with it dvi or dvi-d?

Yes, there is a plug with an integrated power pack.
There was a standard blue VGA plug and a white plug for a secondary display in my shipment.

Can anyone post a picture from the back of the this monitor? I would like to know does it have the 4 screw holes for a arm mount to be used on the back?

It does have 4 screw holes and I`m able to use it with an arm mount. Unfortunately there is no option to attach a picture to show you.

Not with the provided bracket. You could however purchase a different bracket and go off of the 3x3" holes on the back with an aftermarket bracket though.

No, it does not.  Only a DVI cable.  Also, the monitor is not 20", but not 19.5" diagonally and a very wide screen so the advertising is a little deceptive on New Egg.  I do not recommend other than the very cheap cost.
