What about LG screen drivers? Are these supplied via CD. Do I get them online?

Screen drivers? I use this on a Mac (Hackintosh). It's just plug and play aside from defining 1080p for the onboard Intel graphics.

Can this monitor be connected to another for duel monitor use?

Two of these can be hooked to a computer for dual monitor use. Monitors do not control how many you can have attached to your computer, the ports on your computer dictate that.

Yes, the monitor has a fairly normal tilt range.  It is very similar to other monitors.

Hi exactly what does it mean: LED Backlight LCD monitor?  Is it an LED or a LCD Monitor?

Yes it's a LCD pannel but uses LED lighting instead of ccfl(cold cathode fluorescent lighting) . There are three types LED lighting used:
1-EDGE LIT around the rim of the screen most commonly used 
2-LED backlighting full array back of the screen 
3- Dynamic (local dimming) backlight
