This Monitor only has a VGA and HDMI port.  It does come with a VGA Cable.

Most monitors do not come with a wall mount.  There is no mount with this monitor.  The Rosewill RHTB-14002 - 13" mount is tilt and swivel and will work with this monitor.   It is available at Newegg.

I am pretty sure there were no screws for a different stand via the VESA mount.

Does this monitor  work for a MAC Laptop?

Yes, I've used this monitor with a pair of Mac laptops both have Thunderbolt/Thunderbolt 1. A mini display port to hdmi adapter works fine for me.

How do you activate the split screen mode? Do you have to use a displayport input to have this ability?

Have never used it, but I would think you would have to use the display port

What is the Refresh Rate of this monitor? The Overview and Specifications tab contradict each other. One says 60 Hz, the other says 75 Hz.
