Does anyone know if this screen is glossy or matte finish?

Matte, but either way I find it's still an excellent screen. Coming from a gamer this screen works well for me except for those moments when your trying to see those fine details in the darkest portions of a game. But that's kind of a poor excuse to have a con against all the pros, if that makes sense. Hope this helps!

Can you mount to  wall? does it have the screw holes in back?

I don't have mine mounted to a wall. It does appear to have (4) threaded holes in the back. Approximately a #8 or # 10 thread size, about 4" apart in both directions.. Hope this helps.

Does this monitor have built in speakers ?

No, there are no built in speakers.  No camera either.  Just a good monitor with good resolution and ability to use either HDMI, DVI-D, or D-SUB connections.  I'm currently using on desk top with Linux Umbuto O/S.

Question 4

Does this monitor come with DVI along with the d-sub/HDMI?  One of the reviews said that it DOES have dvi, but I wanted to verify before purchasing.  Thanks!

Yep, it had a DVI, that is how I have it set up, DVI to pc, and HDMI to a console

is this good for consoles? Like PS4?

Yes, it would work fine for a console, although you could get a larger TV for the same price and it would work just as well. Consoles don't really need the higher refresh rates that monitors have over televisions.

60 Hertz, I'm going to just end up keeping this as a monitor for my ps3/ps4 and go for a monitor with 120 since I have screen tearing with my R9 270x GPU. Overall a great monitor, not powerful enough for my GPU.

Can't find too many reviews on this model. Trying to decide between this monitor and the older (yet favorably reviewed) Asus VS247H. Any thoughts?
