Can the screen be rotated to vertical?

I don't think this monitor can be viewed vertically.  I am using it in landscape orientation - and I have looked but cannot find any settings for vertical mode.  The mount does not rotate - but could be attached in a vertical configuration, but I don't think it can be viewed that way.

Question 2

If used in a dual monitor setup, when computer is off would there be any issues using this as an internet TV with newest ROKU?  And if so, would the ROKU recognize this monitor for power and volume as it would a television?

The monitor would provide a great picture, for sure.  Haven’t tried it as a TV myself, but if the input is standard HDMI, I can’t see why there would be volume issues.  There is no remote for the monitor - but it wakes up when my computer does, so it likely would wake up when your Roku began sending a video signal (when you turn the Roku on)
