I don't think so, but then I never use a monitors speakers if they have them. As the sound is terrible

Someone in the review said this does not come with a power supply, is that really true? it seems hard to believe someone would sell a monitor you can't plug in and use.

I purchased two of these. They both came with power supplies. Because they are refurb units the power supplies are actually different models which was weird, but they work just fine.

Is this sold without a power supply/power cable? A reviewer said it does not.

Mine came with everything needed for it to work correctly, power supply, HDMI cable etc.

What's the difference between this model and 34UM58-P?

Unfortunately I really don't know, it could be a reference to the referb being grade A. There is no reference to the "A" model on the manufacturer's website.

Yes it has the VESA Compatible mounting holes 100 X 100mm
