What is the refresh rate?

Pg 34 of the user manual states:
HDMI 3440x1440@50hz
DisplayPort 3440x1440@60hz
Thunderbolt 3440x1440@60hz

I use this on a PC via DisplayPort and on a MacBookPro via Thunderbolt and can confirm both these numbers.  Via HDMI, I have only seen 30fps, but that may be cable related or other issues.  The only time I've used HDMI was for a visiting laptop, so it may have been an issue with output on the laptop.

Question 2

I only have DVI on my HP motherboard with Intel I7 4770 and 16gb ram. What would be a good general purpose video card with Display Port to get for this display? I don't play any demanding games. 100 bucks would work well with my budget, but I'd consider a bit more if it's worth it. Thanks, James

You might be better of trying to use your current MB graphics with this monitor ... (you would need to buy a DVI->DHMI cable - something like this -http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&DEPA=0&Order=BESTMATCH&Description=dvi+to+hdmi+cable&N=-1&isNodeId=1 )

screen has a 'matte' appearance- only trim is glossy.

Is there anyway to run my Ethernet connection through this display?

Possibly with a Thunderbolt to Ethernet connector:

check out the review from 9/10/14 at bhphotovideo that says
"I am using both Thunderbolt ports on the display. The first one connects to my rMBP. The second one connects to Apple's Thunderbolt to Ethernet connector, which is then connected to a Gigabit network. Works awesome! I don't use any of the other ports on the display: HDMI, DisplayPort, USB2, USB3. I am, however, curious if I can connect an Audioengine DAC to USB".

What is the difference between 34um94-p and 34um95-p?  I thought the warranty for the 94p is 3 years....how come your site says only 1 year? Thanks.
