No it does not.  Just the drive and the usb power chord are included.  The drive works really well however its rather loud.  You will have to find a third party software to actually watch Blue Ray movies.

Is this drive region locked? Can it be unlocked? I have both European and US DVDs/Blu-rays.

You can use a media player that is capable of playing DVD and Blu-rays from different regions. I would highly recommend checking out VLC media player as it has codecs that support high definition video playback from Blu-Ray and is able to play media from other regions (though not always a guarantee depending on the specific media you want to view). It will, provided you have BD software (PowerDVD, or similar) that will decode it. The drive is capable of UltraHD but will NOT play ANY Blu-Ray without BD decrypting player software. The drive plays nothing by itself, the computer it's attached to must have the software to decrypt and play the disc.
