Pros: -No dead pixels. After reading some of the other reviews on here I was a little wary, but I got a good one. :) -Looks great, in terms of brightness, contrast, and color. I'm no graphics designer or anything, but I didn't even have to calibrate the monitor all that much and it looks great to me. -Response time seems good, though I haven't really gamed on it yet.
Cons: -Default brightness setting was too bright for me, but that's easily fixable. I keep it at about 50% and it seems plenty bright, even in a lit room. -No DVI cable, which is no big deal since I had one from my old monitor, plus they're relatively cheap. -No height adjustment; even my super-old 17" LCD had this, but it seems a lot of LCDs nowadays do not. Probably because it requires a pretty beefy stand to hold up the weight of the monitor itself.
Overall Review: Purchased for mostly gaming and to replace my 5+ year old 17" LCD. Got it on sale, plus the $50 off coupon code, so the price was excellent. Overall, a great decision.
