How do you mount the 6 internal 3.5 drives?  What accessories do I need to get to do that?

Well, a screwdriver or a philips head is all you need and most of the time all screws can be finger tightened. You have three 5 1/4" drive bays. The bottom and middle bays have a reversible 120mm fan mounted on it, that you can either draw air into the case or push air out of the case. So two of the 5 !/4" drive bays with the fan already mounted on it can hold three 3.5" hard drives (Mechanical) or two 2.5" (SSD's). Your case comes with six 3.5" Aluminum hard drive brackets. You will need to install the the hard drives to the brackets. You will notice five screw packets. There's a variety of them. One of the silver larger screw packet, has twenty five thumbscrews for mounting the 3.5" (mechanical drives) to the aluminum brackets. Take note: there is also another packet that has black rubber silicone grommets in it to use with the twenty five 3.5" thumbscrews for mounting the the hard drives to the aluminum brackets. In that same silver thumbscrew packet you have twelve M3 x 6.2 silver thumbscrews for your optical drive mounting for the top 5 1/4" bay where you have the power on buttons and eight M3 x 9.5 screws for your 2.5" drives. The SSD drives will not use gromets. Each 5 1/4" drive bay will only hold two 2.5" SSD drivers. One on the top and one on the bottom of each drive bay cage. Also you will see two additional silver 2.5" brackets on the bottom floor behind the bottom 5 1/4" drive bay that is permanently mounted to the case so that you can mount two more SSD's to it. Just another note, you will see a packet with five black screws along with twelve silver thumbscrews. Those five black screws are used for mounting your power supply to the case and the twelve additional silver thumbscrews are spare screws for optical drives. My motherboard does not have 3.0 USB. Can I plug the internal case USB cable into the 2.0 receptacle on my motherboard so I can at least get the front ports so I can utilize them as 2.0 USB?

Yes. The Lian Li PC-600WB comes with a USB 3.0 to USB 2.0 that will allow the front ports to connected to a USB 2.0 motherboard header.

Question 4

I would like to find out if it's going to be possible to arrange for the use of hot-swappable drives with this case or not?  If possible, could you point me to the pictures of setups that implement this, and also whatever additional parts are needed.  I'm interested in having the drives being blown over by the fans.

Yes it's possible to purchase components to make the 5.25 bays into hot swap  bays. The steps and parts needed are in the manual which can be found on the Lian Li website. But I will list them here as well. You will need a hot swap backplane, part number BP3SATA, and a front door panel, part number BZ-503. Each set of these parts will allow you to turn 3 bays into hotswap bays. So for instance on mine I bought 2 of each for 6 total hot swap bays. The parts are not cheap and are somewhat hard to find, but I got mine at coolerguys,com. Good luck. This really is an awesome case, especially with the hot swap bays!

You can go to Lian Li's website to order swappable bays for this case. Also the swappable bays have a lock installed on them.

Is this capable of housing two power supplies and two EATX motherboards?
