What is the case height including wheels?  I have seen different specifications on different sites.

I built a system in this case, and mine stands 24 1/2" with the wheels on.  Sits next to my desk and is about 5" below the surface of the desk.

where the three fan locations are in the back... with the devidor installed will a 180 mm fan physicaly fit between the case and the devider?....because im going to 3d print a adaptor to go from the 140 mm fan port  to a offset 180 mm fan exceptance and im going to put two and cover the center one

I'm not quite sure I understand your question.

The divider is held in place by 5 screws: Two on the top inside the case attach to a fin that comes off the roof of the case between the potential openings. Two attach to the divider through the back of the case between the fans and the MoBo tray (You can slide the tray out without removing these screws). And the final screw for the divider attaches to the bottom of the case in roughly the geographical center.

The divider is flush with the back of the case from the bottom all the way through the bottom 3/4ths of the second fan port (which is roughly 9 inches from the top of the case). The remaining top 1/4th and top fan have about an inch, maybe 1.5in, of clearance between the divider and the back of the case.

You can completely remove the divider however as it is not structurally necessary for the case. The two advantages you get with it installed is the ability to mount some more fans in the middle of your case for some left/right airflow and some rubber wedges/arms you can install to help support your PCI cards (usually Video Cards) so they don't hang like they normally do.
