Can a DVD/Blu-Ray drive fit into the top external bay?  If not, what can it be used for? Thanks.

Yes a DVD/Blu-Ray drive can fit into the top external bay.  It comes with a drop down door if you want to use it for that.  I have a total of three optical drives and wanted them to be grouped together and did not use the top bay for an optical drive.  I purchased a nMedia i18-C28 5.25" Black Aluminum USB 3.0 Card Reader w/ USB & HD Audio jacks for the top bay instead.

Question 2

Does this case have a reset button?

No it does not have a reset button.
If you think about it, reset button is not so necessary.  There is really no need for it.  All you have to do is to press and hold the power button for up to 5 seconds and that will shutdown the PC, then you can restart it.

Question 3

Does it actually have a window?  Description says one thing...photos another.

The one Newegg carries does not have a window. Apparently this case comes in 3 versions, black with silver interior no window, all silver no window, and black interior and exterior with a window. Lian Li cases are hard to find and same with parts
 If you could find a side panel with the window it would fit on this case.

Question 4

Is there a separate front panel for the fan intake?  It looks solid with no screws to allow air intake.  Is there an accessory panel for the fans?

I answered the first question in a previous response. Regarding the "accessory panel for the fans", I presume you are referring to a fan controller. If so, no - there is no fan controller included with the case accessories bundle. However, if you are using an ASUS MB (and possible other manufactureres, as well), the FanExpert2 software will allow you to infinitely control all fans, whether PWM or 3-pin.

Question 5

Is there a separate front panel for the installed fans?  The front panel looks solid so how do the 2 intake fans suck in air?

The front panel has slots aligned vertically on the left and right sides. Intake is through the sides of the front panel. Incidentally, I removed the HDD cage and installed a 3rd 120mm fan (not included with the case) in the top of the front, using the provided fan mounts. I also purchased (directly from Lian Li) three additional HDD trays (HD-07B), giving me a total of nine and using up the three slots that become available when the HDD cage is removed. I also purchased a 5.25" vented/filtered bezel (BZ-503B)  to replace the 3 solid bezel covers that came with the case (located directly beneath the stealth drive). This provides a filtered opening directly in front of the 3rd 120mm fan and improves the airflow straight back to the CPU heatsink. Airflow in this case is excellent. If I could suggest an improvement for Lian Li's consideration, it would be to offer the case with a vented/filtered option for the current 3 solid bezels. IMO, most people don't need or want more than one optical drive.

Question 6

Does this case fit an E-ATX motherboard?

Don't know for sure but don't think so. Even if mounting holes the same it would extent over the cable management openings. Certainly not listed as comparable in the specs.

Question 7

Is there a separate front panel for the 2 fan intake?  It looks solid with no screws.  Is the front fan panel sold as an accessory?

The front 2 vertically mounted massive fans are part of the chassis.  There are no screws because the front panel pops off easily, even though it is very secure fit.  And no, the front fan panel is all part of the package.
