Nope. Only the SFX size PSU will fit this case.

Question 2

Is there any vent hole at the button of the case for GPU intake air?

There is no hole at the bottom of the case. That is where you would put two of your hard drives. As info, I have seen modifications where the drives were relocated to the side panel and holes drilled in the bottom, but that is something you would have to do yourself.

Question 3

Just received my TU100A, but the question is how to mount an SSD to it. The 4 holes holding HDD/SSD in the bottom of the case is too big.  What kind of extra accessories we need to mount an SSD drive?

User the included rubber grommets and specialized for mounting.  There should be grommets and screws included for mounting 2 drives if I remember correctly.  You can mount two 2.5 inch drives at the bottom, although they might get pretty warm since they are positioned directly below the video card.  I installed a Gigabyte GTX 970 ITX which runs pretty hot.  There is also a third 2.5 inch mounting spot on the bottom of the optical disk drive cage which puts the drive directly in the path of the case fan for better cooling.  I decided to put the SSD on ODD cage and mechanical HDD on the bottom of the case.

What SLIM ODD Blu-ray burner models are compatible with this case (9.5mm, 12.7mm etc.)? Can I have an example from Panasonic, LG or other major brand please?

I used an LG Gt80 on a earlier build with this case. I think any 5.25 in. Slim drive will fit

What is the largest videocard size you can put in the case. Can I fit a GTX 980ti?

The cards are the mini gtx 970, 960, or 950 from ASUS

Can the dual-expansion slot fit a GTX960 card, which is double sized.  Basically the question is whether or not the middle piece of metal of the dual-expansion can be removed?  Below is the card I am going to fit in.  Thanks, SW

yes it should fit fine without removing the dual expansion slot.
my card does.
the biggest concern is whether the card is to long for the case. 
It is a very small case

The specifications for the product say it has a 140mm fan. The video and overview say 120mm. What's the story?

PC-TU100 uses a 120 mm fan. Its larger cousin, the PC-TU200 uses a 140 mm fan.
