Will this fix a LIAN LI PC-A05FNB Black Aluminum ATX Mid Tower Computer Case?

This is an SFX psu, being smaller than an ATX one it will fit. There is an included bracket to mount this SFX psu to then you mount the whole thing to the case. In your case the lian li pc-a05fnb uses an ATX psu which is why you need the bracket. to avoid this you can just buy an Atx based PSU they will usually have longer cables which are needed in a larger than itx case which is what this power supply is meant for.
