Tips.
Mix all ingredients in a rack or by hand. Butter must not be very soft, but harder. Fold the finished dough onto food foil, cover with foil and roll to a thickness of 0.6-1cm. Place the path plate on a flat surface and put in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Then cut out the shapes, place it on a baking sheet and put it back in the cold for 30 minutes. Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes, the edges of the cakes must not be dark. Remove the biscuits and let them cool completely.
