There are only a few fans used in desktop cases, almost certainly one of 2 sizes: 80mm (about 3") or 120mm (about 4 3/4") with 80mm (this product) being the most likely of all.  Look at your fan to see which size you have.  The screw configuration is the same for all of them, and these fans have industry standard molex connectors.  I service a dozen computers at work and at hcme and keep a stock of this size on hand so when one gets noisy I can pop in a new one.
