Can this be configured as RAID, so that the data will be written to both cards simultaneously?  That would be a nice feature for critical photography or data.

No, is my short answer, as far as I can tell. The device has no configuration options: switches, software. I currently have one microSD card in the device, and I have not installed another card to verify if it writes one card to full then switches, or uses them in RAID 0.

Sorry that's vague and not certain but it's all I know about the card.

can I put 2 64GB micro SDHC in it and put it in a PSP?

From what I've read on other sites, the PSP can't address more than 32 gigs of storage through the memory stick slot. While it will read the card with two 64GB microSDHC cards in it, the PSP will only be able to use whatever it considers the "first" 32 gigs of it. So it would be a waste of money to buy two 64GB cards for this if you're only planning to ever use it for the PSP.

TL;DR version: No. It'll read as a 32GB card.
