Pros: They're black. They're anodized. They're thumbscrews. They work.
Cons: They don't screw themselves in.
Overall Review: They are so black metal.
Pros: They are very nice to match a matte black case, and are perfect size for fingers. Also, case screws are good for hard drives, and many other uses, so stock up, they are cheap, and use them where normal screws in 6-32 thread could be used
Cons: the paint will start comming off the threads, but that is to be expected, and will come off the knurling if you are abusive to it
Overall Review: it won't make me a banana milk shake
Pros: They were in stock, the other black ones weren't.
Cons: 1) No screw head, usefull if you over-tighten them.. otherwise you'll scratch them with a pliers because, 2) they are NOT anodized, but painted. 3) A couple had a hangnail. 4) Because they are painted, they won't go in smooth the 1st time and, 5) they won't help much with grounding.
Pros: They work, they're easy.
Overall Review: You may be under the same misguided impression I once was that you don't need to waste $5 on thumb screws - after all you have a screwdriver and it's not hard to pull out case screws - right? It' worth your $5 to not have to get a screwdriver every time for the next 5-10 years you own that computer, trust me.
Pros: These are every bit as handy as you might think. I used them on my son's new computer that I built for him. I had to open it several times and it was almost a pleasure because of these nifty thumbscrews.
Cons: If you lose one, it's heart-breaking.
Pros: These little doo-dads are phenominal. At first I thought I was just going to get some small hunks of metal with threads... WRONG. They have both clockwise AND counterclockwise functions. A bargain at this price. Furthermore, not once did I get a splinter while using them. Certainly a big upgrade over the circus midget I was paying to hold my case shut, cheaper too!
Overall Review: For $1.5, these really are a nice alternative to fetching the screwdriver.
Pros: I know computers and I knew screws and these are definitely screws for your computer! They go on using just your pointer-finger and thumb so they're named appropriately. The screw threading happens to match with the threading found on the back of all three of the cases I used them on, this made screwing them in much easier.
Cons: You still have to turn them manually. They're too light to use as paperweights individually, though if you have enough of them...
Overall Review: The black is a nice touch.
Pros: Low cost AL thumb screws comes with 10 in a package. Stronge enough to hold computer cases. No tool any more.
Cons: Shipping cost is over priced.
Overall Review: Volume discount, got to buy more.
