Question 1

Why would you include a power supply that does not have a 8x plug on it? The motherboard requires one to work. This was a combo with case included. This is very poor planning on someone's part. I now have a customer waiting for their new computer.

I believe the power supply has two 4 pin cables that connect together to create the 8 pin.  If I'm not mistaken - and I could be but I had no issue what so ever when I bought this Combo.  No issues, what, so, ever. :)  I think your customer is waiting for nothing as you probably didn't know you could put those two together to create the 8 pin plug.  LOL  My bad!  :)

Does it have a 6 pin pci-e connecter that powers your gpu?

Don't bother with this case, the quality is the worst I have seen on a case. The psu only has enough connectors to power the basics. It doesn't even include a 8 pin cpu connecter only a 4 pin. The quality of the case is bad too. 3 fans that's it. Cheap materials cheap design. They use proprietary motherboard stand offs and they don't even give them to you. If I were to buy a case I would buy a nzxt source 210. I use the nzxt source 210 almost exclusively for all of my builds.the source 210 is $40 but is it the best case out there for the money For the psu I would get a lepa 500w psu for $37.

Will it work with micro atx motherboards?

Sure. Like most other ATX cases it indicates on the motherboard mount inside the case where to place motherboard screwnuts. I always just line up my motherboard to the plate and make sure (you can never be 100% sure with these cheaply made cases). I mounted as ASROCK 1155 motherboard with no issues.

What kind of PSU is included with this case?

If you ask brand wise its a Logisys. 480 watt with a 12 volt 24 pin contector, atx/matx compatiable. As far as the 5 volt i think the sata connections are limited. Plenty of molex connections so if you get molex converts you will be fine. Have a nice day!

Did a manual come with your case? I'm trying to figure out some of the front panel wiring/connectors, specifically, the orange/white, blue/white, red/white, and blue/white 2-pin connectors. I'm pretty certain they go to: system power, reset, HDD activity light, and ATX power button, but don't know which connectors go with which?

There's not much documentation with the case, but the documentation you need is with the mainboard. The front panel connectors are labeled to correspond with the pinouts on the board, which are also labeled, and which are further identified in the motherboard manual.

Power Supply Connectors:

1    20+4 pin motherboard
1    4 pin  12 volt (CPU) No 8 pin CPU
3    4 pin Molex (old IBM, IDE drives) 
1    4 pin Fdd (floppy drive)
2    15 pin SATA
Molex to 4 pin CPU adapters available. 100 watt and above CPUs will need more wires to supply the current. Power Supply puts out only 480 watts. Caution, the two 4 pin connectors for 8 pin CPU power are keyed differently.
