Does this have a place to hook up a second fan?

I have looked at other reviews and they say that the ventilation is not very good considering it only has one fan.

Yes, you can install a second fan. I replaced the stock 80mm rear fan with a 92mm http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835186077 The case rear mount will accept either a 80 or 92mm fan I then added a 120mm front fan http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835186033 I purchased this case for a build I did for my dad. Was looking for a cheap mid tower case with a top located power button. It filled these requirements. Very lightweight low cost case. Would have preferred a black case w/o window, but since it was setting inside a wood computer desk, the gaudy looks weren't a big factor.

Does the psu have a pci-e 6 pin connecter ?

I don't think it does from what I remember.  I built the computer for someone else.  I did use the included power supply though and it is still working.  You can maybe get the 4 pin molex to 6 pin converter.  I don't think the power supply would run a very powerful graphics card.

Sorry for the late response! If you're still wondering, It has 2 sata connectors from the power supply, and 4 regular 6 pin molex connectors. Unfortunately if you have a GPU that requires a 4 pin molex you'll have to buy an adapter that will most likely take 2 of the 4, 6 pin molex connectors. Hopefully that was a good answer, If you still even need it!

Could I replace PSU with a larger one, such as 750 watt? to use a stronger graphics card.

Yes, it is very easy to do.  I bought several of these units, and they have made very good sports theme PCs.  I have been please with the value of this low cost case.

good case , Got it for My Wife. Took it apart to Paint it inside & out everything went well now it is Chrome Red face & Pink Sparkly Outside & Black Light Paint inside with a Black Light inside to make it really Glow !. Easy to work with when installing MoBo ETC. Overall a cool beginning for a Computer. Plugs are a mix of 20/24 pin power & 4 pin 12volt along with enough 4 pin Molex & Sata to fit most needs . Can't get to look at it because She is always on it ! , Sorry . You shouldn't be needing for any Sata I believe it has 4 to 5 of them & 4 Molex if memory serves .

It should fit any atx powersupply with standard mounting holes.  It comes with a 480w power supply that is easily replaced with a larger one.

This Logisys computer case/power supply provides enough performance  for any games on low/normal settings but for gamers who are looking for the highest resolution performance, I would not recommend this product. Power Supply has tendency to overheat&fail when the CPU is on the highest performance setting. Computer has enough space for extra hard drives and GPUs but what are the points if the Power Supply could barely handle CPU on the full performance mode. Great sturdy case but disappointing power supply performances.

P.S. the audio jacks are very fragile. (The one that's right next to power button.)

what size cooling fans is this compatable with?

80mm, 90 mm and 120mm fans can fit back panel (replace the 80mm it comes with) and the window has another spot for an 80mm. i think you can also put a fan in front of the hard drives, maybe 80-120mm also.

Where is Color coded wiring guide for case
 front?

The wire connectirs should all be labeled as to what they are, however when i purchased it, it came with a manual to explain what would plug where.
