Please tell me this case fan includes a 3 pin fan connector to molex adapter?

No it does not. It only has the 3 pin connector. Though there is a way to rig it into a power molex. Here is a good website that has very detailed instructions if you were wanting to try it out. I have done this and know that it does work. Change the word dot to actual periods.
