There is a blue molded cable w/ a 20-pin female connector on it.  What is that?

The cable you are asking about is the front USB 3.0 connection that requires the same connection on your motherboard. You may wish to check your motherboard manufacturer if you can not find this to be sure your motherboard supports the connection.  Note: BLUE USB in front of case is the 3.0 connection.

If your motherboard does not have 3.0 on the rear I/O Panel... you will not have a USB capability at all.

You may leave the cable disconnected safely.

Can one 5.25" slim drive, one normal 3.5" HD AND one 2.5" SSD in this case?

It actually takes a full size 5.25" and will fit a 3.5" HDD and 2.5" SSD. I believe it will fit 3 SSDs but 1 is all I need. The description is very confusing with the larger drives.

Can you remove the power supply and use another standard-sized power supply?

I don't think you can. Power supply is located in the top front of case, with a small extension cable to the rear of the case. I installed a MSI motherboard, I5, 16GB Ram, and a 750GB hard drive. The system runs fine with the factory power supply.

Nope, unless you can find a half-height low profile version of the card, it will not fit any full size standard video card.

Im guessing there is a mount for a fan? If so what size fan fits?

It has two mounts for 80mm fans, on the top and on the bottom. The top will take any old fan, but, if you're using a micro-atx motherboard, you'll need a very SLIM fan for the bottom mounting hole.

I don't recall precisely, but it needs to be under 10mm thick, if I'm not mistaken.

Question 8

Do not see how to install the DVD drive!  It slides into the mounting cage but the case's front panel doesn't have an opening big enough for the drive to slide out flush and smooth with the face.  There is a button on the front face of the case that is supposed to actuate the DVD tray for you but the face of the drive sits way back from even with the front of the case.  How do you install a DVD drive?

As I recall, unscrew the two top screws after removing the vented side. Remove the plate that holds in DVD drive. Place DVD drive into its mount. Put plate back into case, & don't screw down the drive. Press it against the front cover when it makes contact, stop.
Now install a screw into the accessible side of the DVD drive to hold it in place. Remove the plate & install the other 3 screws. Put plate back into case, replace top screws that hold the plate.

Will an Intel i5 CPU, with heat sink and fan included, fit in this case?

As long as you're using the stock Intel fan & heat sink, it'll fit. A few of the aftermarket one's will, but the larger overclocking heat sinks will get tight if not fit at all.
