it's about 4 inches by 2 and a half inches. I wouldn't call it full sized but it's not one of these mini laptop mice either.

Use the scroll button and press it to the left to go back or to the right to go forward.  Have switched to all bluetooth mice - has a 3 yr warranty - the Logitech Anywhere mouse always had developed issues with the left button doing a double click when I only wanted a single click - seems to be a common problem with this mouse!
