Does this work with a pc?  Does it work with anything other than apple?

Yes  as long as a computer has Bluetooth it should work.  Howev3r, it has Apple specific keys like command etc.  Also it is very small like the apple keyboard,  I use it with my MAC and use a larger Microsoft keyboard with my PC

Is this just for devices?  I am looking for a new keyboard for my PC.  Currently hv a logitech which I love.  It is semi wireless - that is I have to plug it in to recharge (into USB)  - I could get the same one again.  My keys are sticking

This keyboard can be used with a PC however it's really set up to use with a Mac. I have a Logitech keyboard that uses my PC. This Mac keyboard I ise   with Mac Pro.
