Will this product work with any PC or just Mac?

the keyboard layout is specific to mac... so if you don't mind some keys , (ie, control, command, + , - , enter, etc) being switched, by all means get this keyboard.

Question 2

Is the color black?

I have several of these. The keys are white and the housing is silver and white. The ONLY thing that is dark is the solar panel at the top.

Question 3

So from what I've gathered, there is a receiver that must be plugged in via USB, correct? This may affect my decision to buy or not; how has your experience been with the receiver?

The receiver is small and works extremely well.  I have 2 of these keyboards (home and office) and never have had any issue.  I prefer  these keyboards significantly more than the Apple ones.

my solar keyboard stopped working.   It has worked great for years. Now what do I do?

Most likely the battery died.  Google "logitech wireless keyboard k750 battery replacement"  for the battery type and instructions for its replacement.  This site does not let me post a link, else I would have. Note the battery holder is fragile and can break if too much force is used.

Question 5

The keyboard appears to lack a number of symbols to which we are accustomed on a Mac keyboard.

What would you suggest IF we determine to use these keyboards at each Mac location?

In re appearance, all appears to match.

Hello! First off, I love this keyboard. Logitech makes great products. Now, the only difference between the original Apple keyboard and this keyboard is that it does not have the F keys 16 through 19. Do you use them regularly. If not, every other key is exactly the same. I've never missed any keys while using this keyboard. Hope this helps!
