What is the width between the arm rests?

19.5 inches between the arm rests or roughly 50cm. Hope this helps.

I'm 6'6" and wondering if this chair is comfortable for people my height? Also if the arm rests are very wide apart, I find most big and tall chair arms are low anyways but wide ones are worse.

im 6'4'' and the chair is great height wise, there are many options that you can mess around with to alter height of the chair. Whether you want it to lean back or not. How far or close the back is to you. The chair arms are proportionate to my shoulders/elbows. I don't have to stick out my elbows just to lean on the arm rests, they fit right under my elbow. You can also adjust the height of the arm rests.
