Hey, I'm 6'3, so I can sympathize.  There is no neck support; the back will only lean backwards and forwards.

That being said, the lumbar support is still really good.  The downside comes from the chair being a touch noisy when you move around. :/

I don't know the manufacturer's spec. on weight limit, but a friend of mine purchased this chair about 3 years ago. He weighs appx. 390lbs. and uses this chair daily with no issue.
