I can't say for sure because it's hard to know the exact details of the Supermicro part. It's very similar and the last portion of the part number matches, but I would use the Cache Device recommended for the specific controller just to be sure. Many controllers use the LSI chip set; LSI, Intel, SuperMicro, etc...but the BIOS versions may differ and if you want support it is best to use the items listed on the support website
