Where can you find drivers for this hub? I can't get it to work right...

I'm not sure - mine works okay except when I plug in an external drive that's plugged into power and there are other USBs attached to the hub as well. It shorts out. Also, the mic/speaker input/output doesn't work well with speaker - haven't tested mic. There's a horrible hum so I use my Mac's headphone jack.
