The magnetic stripe reader has a rechargeable on-board battery that allows for 1,000,000 swipes over its lifetime (compare to 20,000 swipes in lower-cost readers). This credit card reader is built to last.

The adjustable stabilizing grips can be adjusted in 3 different positions with two different size grips, enabling the uDynamo to avoid interference with on/off buttons, cameras, protective cases and other design elements that are unique to each mobile device.
