Do I have to login in to a site to play a game that is installed on my PC ?
Can I save the EXE and install it again if I uninstall the Game?

No you don't need steam nor origin. No you don't have to log in anywhere. I'm not sure if you can install it on more than one pc because you need a serial key to play. And yes I have it on a Windows 8 so I'm sure it'll also play on windows 7.
