Does the fan come with connectors?

The fan comes with both a 3 pin cpu fan header and a 4 pin molex connector on the same cable. There were no other accessories given. Hope this helps!

Does this fan come with a 3-pin female connector?  The picture shows male connector.

Yes it does. Look at the third picture. The 4-pin male molex is also wired to the fan. So basically, there's a 3-pin female and 4-pin male which can be used according to your case/mobo.

These fans come with the 4-pin molex even though they only have 2 pins. The plug directly into the power supply molex connections, but you may need splitters available from newegg if you don't have enough power supply connections to handle all the fans you plan to use.

yes you should be able to use it...most fans are basicly the same you just want to make sure that the cfm air flow is the same and realize that the connectors are not the same.

Fans are measured in MM - 80 for the small squares and up... grab the ol CM measuring tape and confirm or look at your case specifications.  120mm up are typically quieter and better airflow.  PS: I recommend spending the extra money and getting a quiet fan.
