Hello. There isn't enough information in your question to answer it. The case fan size is determined by the case itself. If your case isn't designed to accept 140mm fan, then it won't fit. Similarly, if you try to put a 110mm fan in the position for a 120mm fan, then the 110mm fan won't fit either. To install a case fan you'll need to know the correct size of fan that fits specific location for the fan in the case. Some cases take different sizes in different locations. Some cases all the fan mounting locations are 120mm. Find out what size you need for your case in the location you need the fan thru the manufactures website which should list the fan size specifications for your case.
