Yes, I have one on a computer with Windows 10 and it works with no problem.

Would this work in a PCI-E x16 slot?

Yes, most definitely. It would just be a waste of that port's capacity for data. It is a X1 lane card, only capable of 5Gb, and USB 3.0 is capable of up to 5.8Gb transfer speed, faster than the x1 slot.

Does anyone have the drivers for this? Mass Cool's site does not open a link for the driver. Tried on multiple computers and locations.
