Mattel Toys, Uno Showdown

UNO Showdown expands on the classic UNO card game formula with the addition of a battery-operated Showdown unit a mechanical card-launcher that introduces a reaction-speed challenge into standard gameplay. When the Showdown unit triggers, designated players must race to press the unit's pedal, sending cards flying toward opponents and adding a physical, fast-reflex element to the traditional matching-card format. Core gameplay mechanics remain consistent with classic
UNO: players match cards by color or number against the top card of the discard pile and work to empty their hand before opponents. The last card in hand requires the player to call out 'UNO! ' to avoid a draw penalty. The deck follows standard UNO composition with action cards including Skip, Reverse, Draw Two, Wild, and Wild Draw Four. Supports 2 to 10 players, recommended for ages 7 and up. Components include the Showdown unit (requires batteries), UNO card deck, and instruction sheet.
Primary materials: polypropylene card stock, ABS plastic housing on Showdown unit. Ideal for family game night.
