Why is the juice not smooth and has particles?
This machine is not designed for large whole fruits. For best results, please cut fruits into small pieces (approx. 1 cm) before processing.
Why is there an odor during the first use?
A slight new appliance odor is normal after shipping. Wipe the interior with a clean damp cloth before first use to remove any residual packaging smell.
Why does the bottom sometimes scorch, and how to clean it?
Scorching may occur if ingredients high in starch or sugar are added before processing. We recommend adding sweeteners after the cycle finishes. To clean, soak the jug with warm water and use a soft cloth or brush.
