Is this an actual cd ..and ....or does it require any kind of a download?

Kim:  The product is a small paper with the code to download. The  other two uses take you back to the website to download also.

Sorry I didn't see this until now, but it is Exactly one year.
It was worked pretty well, and I actually received the rebate after a long wait and some painstaking hoop-jumping.

Yes, this is for one year. After the one year subscription expires you need to renew to get new virus protection updates.

When starting the install You will log in to your current account or first time buyers will make an account to log in to. At that point you will install the product on your first computer which will be the start date for all three computers subscriptions.

This is One year subscription from the date you register the first computer, though it can support three PCs. Nothing is lifetime license as far as internet security software.

It depends on when you install it. All 3 copies will expire on the same day which is one year after you install the first copy.

Transitioned to Norton enterprise edition the problem occurred with removal of licensing during reimaging. Accountability with clean installs with MAC address translation would not allow deletion of old install. :(

At the time I purchased this product Windows 10 was not available.  Please contact McAfee directly to confirm Windows 10 compatibility.  It is only a guess, but I would certainly think it would be.  McAfee always tries to keep up with the latest Window's releases.
