1. Check if the TV or HD devices are in optical/coaxial output mode.
2. Set the TV to stereo output (PCM/LPCM 2-channel output)
3. Check Whether the power supply is DC 5V and whether the current reaches 500mA.
4. Check if the cables are faulty.
ls it compatible with Youtube or Netflix?
It is cormpatible with Youtube or Netflix. Also can work well with Blu-ray Plaver, HD DVD, TV Box, Gare Consoles, HDTV, PS3/4, etc.
Why can't I control the volume through the remote control?
The TV is connected to the sound system through the optical interface, so the volume button on the remote control cannot be directly used to adjust the output volume of the TV optical. (If the TV supports this feature, which depends on the TV itself)
