Will these carton closing staples fit my manual HB3518 box stapler?
The 3/4" leg carton staples fit HB3518, Meite ADCS-19, Meite ADCS-22, Spotnails, and most 16-gauge crown staplers with no modification required.
The 5/8" leg staples fit HB3515 and ADCS-19 staplers.
The 7/8" leg staples fit ADCS-22 staplers.
Can I use these carton staples on triple-wall corrugated?
Yes. The 3/4" (18 mm) leg length and chisel point penetrate triple-wall up to 8 mm thick;
For thicker walls choose our 22 mm leg version (same crown);
For thinner materials, choose our 15 mm leg version (same crown).
How many staples do I need for 1,000 moving boxes?
On average 1 staple per top flap + 1 per bottom flap = 2 staples/box. One 1,600-pc strip seals about 800 cartons, so 2 strips finish 1,000 boxes with spares left over.
