- 2. If the QR code dose not work, please try to add the smart device in Apple Home app.
- 3. Connect your phone to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, make sure the it is covered by strong Wi-Fi signal.
Installation Guide
- 1.Download the Meross app
- 2.Connect power cable and power the device up.
- 3.Set up the device
- 4.Lauch the Meross app and log in to your account
- 5.Tap the “+” icon to select the type of smart device you want to add
- 6.Follow the setup wizard to finish configuration

For iOS users: We do recommend that you configure products compateible with Homekit in the Meross app first.The Meross app offers the latest firmware updates so that you can use the firmware in a more stable and secure way.Once paired up with Meross app,the devices can be controlled in both Meross and Home app.
For Android users: It works with any Android smartphone or tablet with OS 4.1 or higher.Android users will have an effortless experiences when configure with Meross app.Then skill meross' with your smart speakers as you wish.
Wi-Fi request: If you are having a Mesh Wi-Fi name for both your 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi and it keeps fail during setup.You may need to turn off the 5GHz on your Wi-Fi router temporarily.Make sure that your smart device is always covered by strong Wi-Fi signal,otherwise your smart device may not respond to Home app.
