I would highly suggest not purchasing an XBox 360 to be used as a computer or internet browsing device. If you want to play games but still be able to browse the net, there are plenty of options out there that you can look up. I cannot really give much more info regarding other options for you because I am not allowed to reference other stores or product prices. I would suggest going to a local electronics store, maybe a store with a blue and yellow color scheme (hint hint).

It does contain a headset.  It is a pretty basic one, nothing fancy, but there is one.

Neither of them will be able to play the old games. The only way you will be able to will be if you buy them off of the 'cloud' and download them
