What happens if my computer dies after paying for this program do I have to repurchase it for my new computer or can it be reloaded onto the new computer?

My experience has been that you have to contact customer support and tell then what happened. They then reactivate your product key so that you can then install it on a new computer. You can follow the same procedure if you up grade your computer motherboard or buy a new computer.

Does this product come with a lifetime license?

Yes this is not 365 or a sub. This license will work for he life if th product. Once this product is no longer supported, you will most likely need to get anothe license.

What makes this product "non-commercial"?

I honestly have no idea. I purchased this key card for a specific purpose at my business and wound up not needing it. Knowing Microsoft, which is in the habit of micro-nickel and diming, probably the price.

HOW IS KEY CARD DIFFERENT?

Key card had no Cd rom that comes with the package.  It is just a card with a key code and a website to download the program.
